All orders that contain a pre-order item will ship when the pre-order is ready to ship.
All orders typically get processed and shipped within 4 working days from Germany.
Return Policy: Return Policy
You can return your vinyl record within 30 days of receipt of shipment. To initiate a return, please contact the artists via the contact link on the artist site or email contact@judithhaustein.com and make sure to include the order number or the email address used to place the order.

In order to receive a full refund:
Items must be in new condition and returned in proper packaging to ensure resalability (the vinyl protective sleve must still be sealed with the sticker).

DEFECTIVE OR DAMAGED ITEMS
In the unfortunate case that your items are damaged or defective upon delivery, please take some photos of the damage and contact the artists via the contact link on the artist site or email contact@judithhaustein.com to discuss replacement or refund options. Please include the item name and order number in your email.
